Refund and Returns Policy

At Miss Lolu, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

2. Condition of Items

  • Items must be in perfect condition.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

3. Exceptions

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Final sale or clearance products.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or the wrong product was sent. In those cases, Miss Lolu will cover all return shipping expenses.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at info@misslolu.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit for a future purchase.

Additional Note

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
